What began as an internal operation called Greasley Investment Management on January 2, 2022, evolved into GIM Property Management, which began serving external clients on November 11, 2022.

Our goal is to make property ownership easier, more transparent, and more rewarding — so you can focus on the bigger picture while we handle the details.
GIM Property Management was founded by Jake Greasley on the belief that property owners, boards, and residents deserve more than basic management — they deserve a partner who treats every property as if it were their own.
Jake's property management work began right here in Massachusetts with his own rental property.
Over the years, we saw the same frustrations again and again: property owners left in the dark, boards overwhelmed with administrative work, and communities struggling to stay ahead of maintenance needs.
We knew there had to be a better way — a more transparent, proactive, and personal approach to property management. One that puts relationships first and delivers the same level of care we'd expect for our own properties.
That's why Jake founded GIM Property Management: to provide clear communication, dependable service, and professional expertise to HOAs, condo associations, rental property owners, and commercial investors throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
